a teaspoon of olive oil
A microwavable plastic container lid.
Put olive oil in the cup, then the egg, then cover with lid and microwave for 40 seconds and microwave in 5 or 10 second intervals( depending on the power of your microwave) further to get the egg as cooked as you like.
Add salt to taste.
That’s what I am eating right nows, turned out to be pretty quick and easy.
