The other day on facebook I posted the Walk Off the Earth cover of this song, which led me to find the original artist and mv. I am addicted to both versions of the song and the art concept is simple, but direct in conveying the message of the song.

Euphoria

 What euphoria means to me, is the state of where the feelings are not heavy where one feels so happy or content with one self that one feels as if they have achieved a state of power, (hence the flying/floating woman, buoyancy) it is as if one is in a dream (thus the closed eyes).

Pardon the roughness of this piece… I ran out of regular drawing paper…so I ended up using watercolor paper.  I’ll probably smooth the work on it some more later…
